Common Questions
1. What is a long-acting signature package?
A long-acting signature package can be downloaded on iPhone and iPad. Compared with the ordinary version, it can effectively reduce the number of frequently authorized signatures of the software. The service is provided by a third party. Repeated installation within the validity period is free.
2. What should I do if the software cannot be opened or crashed after downloading and installing?
You only need to uninstall the installed app first, and install it on the download page.
Normal version: After the application is downloaded and installed, trust the app in “Settings-General-Description File and Device Management” to use it normally
Long-acting signature package: After installing and crediting the app software according to the download guide, wait for the application to download and then use it normally.
